Sokol – “Feel good estate”, located near Gračac – was founded with the vision of developing a new tourist content that nurtures authentic tourism, local food and customs, and combines them in a new, unique, fun, yet peaceful and family way… This is a place that lives in all four seasons, each in its own way, each with its own story. Come to any of them, Lika always offers you something different
The first association with Lika is clean air, water and untouched nature. This is why we fell in love with this place, and decided to offer our services and hospitality to its residents and everyone who wants to come.

The unity of the sea & mountain

National and natural parks
Gračac is about 60 minutes from Plitvice Lakes National Park, Paklenica National Park, Una National Park (BiH) and Krka National Park, and is located right next to the Velebit Nature Park and Cerovačka špilje – the largest complex of caves in the Republic of Croatia.
In addition, it is located 25 minutes from the rafting center on the Zrmanja river and 30 minutes from the nearest beach (Maslenica, Rovanjska).

Our own products
We offer homemade juices without sugar, namely apple juice, chokeberry and apple juice, carrot and apple juice, and ABC juice – apple, carrot, beetroot.
All juices stand out for their healthy ingredients and are intended for people who need them for health reasons.

How did we develop our story?
Our story began in 2016, with the purchase of a century-old estate in the hamlet of Kijani near Gračac, 5 minutes from the Cerovačka caves, 30 minutes from the sea, 50 minutes from the Plitvice Lakes National Park.
2017
We are becoming a recognizable center of adrenaline content with an emphasis on paintball – as the main activity.
2020 / 21
The landscaping project of the property was completed, dogwood plantations were planted, numerous facilities were added, and the sale of our own natural juices began.
2023 / 24
Built and put into operation vacation houses for 20 people, an open tavern/tasting room with a capacity of 50 seats, a children’s playground and a plant for the processing of juices, brandies and liqueurs.
